Between the hour of 10:18 and 10:47 on 8/11/22, a handful of users were unable to access our systems.
The event was triggered by an overnight update to a 3rd party provider’s systems.
The update included bug fixes and feature updates.
A bug in this code prevented users from accessing our site.
The event was detected by our automated monitoring system. Our team was able to restore functionality to our systems within 5 minutes of the initial detection. Further troubleshooting was done in a sandbox environment alongside our 3rd party provider’s team.
